Return/Exchange Policy

Cougar Paws would like to thank you for your recent purchase. We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products and strive to provide you with the best possible customer service. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple directions.

Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange and must not be worn or damaged.

Return your items in NEW condition in a durable shipping box or padded mailer. Include a copy of the invoice with your return and indicate the reason for the return or exchange along with instructions for us.

If you do not have the invoice, please provide a note with pertinent information such as:

  • Order number
  • Full name of the person who made the purchase
  • Reason for return or exchange

Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited. We advise taking a picture of this with your phone so you'll have it handy. Returns will be credited via your original method of payment. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any difference in cost. (Please note: Return postage is not reimbursed for orders not received with an error.)
