Cougar Paws would like to thank you for your recent purchase. We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple directions.
Wear Test Your Shoes Indoors. You are receiving these shoes in new condition. Please understand that these shoes are returnable within 30 days ”NO QUESTIONS ASKED” if unworn. Please also understand that worn shoes ”EVEN JUST A LITTLE” are not returnable for credit or exchange unless a clear obvious defect is found. Please call 276-632-3932 prior to requesting a return label for any defects found.
1. Items must be returned within 30 days unworn with tags for a refund or exchange, in a securely wrapped box or padded mailer.
2. Cougar Paws provides free prepaid shipping labels for packages to be dropped off at nearest FedEx locations.
3. To request a prepaid label email orders@cougarpaws.com.
4. Include a copy of the invoice with your return, indicating the reason for return or exchange with instructions for us.
5. If you do not have the invoice, please provide a note with pertinent information such as:
a. Order number
b. Full name of the person who made the purchase
c. Reason for return or exchange
d. Email address for refunds

Please note and keep a copy of the return tracking number until your account is credited. Returns will be credited via your original method of payment. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any difference in cost. (Please note: Shipping is not reimbursed for orders not received with an error.)
